Updating your profile
Sign in and visit your account dashboard. From there:
- Profile: update your name, phone, and email-marketing preferences.
- Password: change your password from the profile section.
- Addresses: add, edit, or set a default shipping address.
- Orders: review past orders, download CoAs, and access tracking.
- Referrals: view your referral code and any rewards earned.
Email preferences
Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications) are always sent. Marketing emails can be turned off independently.
Deleting your account
To delete your account, email support with your registered email address. We'll soft-delete your profile within one business day; order history is retained for accounting and regulatory purposes.
