How to place an order

Placing an order takes about three minutes once you know what you need.

1. Browse the catalog

Use the category filters in the left sidebar of the catalog page to narrow by therapeutic area. Click any product card to see its full detail page, batch certificate, and research links.

2. Choose a variant

Most products come in one or more vial sizes. Pick the variant that matches your protocol; the price updates automatically.

3. Add to cart

Click "Add to cart" and a drawer opens showing what you've added. You can adjust quantities or remove items at any time.

4. Check out

Click the cart icon, review your items, and click "Checkout." Enter your shipping address — shipping options update based on destination — and pay with any major card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

5. Confirmation

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately. Once your order ships, a separate email arrives with tracking.
