Carriers and speeds

We ship via USPS and UPS. Standard shipping (3-5 business days) is the default; expedited options are available at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. International shipping is currently unavailable; we're working on it.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email a tracking number. You can also see tracking on the order detail page in your account.

Packaging

Lyophilized peptides ship in insulated mailers with thermal protection appropriate to the destination and season. Sensitive peptides (acylated GLP-1 analogs, long sequences) ship with phase-change packs.

Delays

Weather and carrier capacity occasionally cause delays. If your order is more than three days past its estimated delivery, contact support and we'll investigate.
